Strength, Speed, and Sports Conditioning
Performance Athletics works with competitive athletes beginning at the age of 10. Programming is based on age, health and injury history, specific sport or sports, training history and the results of an initial performance evaluation. The goal is to improve all aspects that will improve athletic performance, as well as prevent overuse and acute injuries in competition. Some benefits include:

It is our goal to provide the highest quality training for all participants in our programs. Whether you are a competitive athlete or someone just beginning to become more active, we use safe and effective training techniques and protocols in a positive, motivating environment! Sessions are available by appointment on either a semi-private or one-on-one basis.
This generation of senior citizens has remained much more active than those in the past. Let Performance Athletics help you maintain or even improve your physical abilities to keep you involved in your favorite activities. We have extensive experience in working with seniors with a variety of orthopedic and health issues. We can tailor your workouts to address what you need to improve. We offer personal fitness training, beginning at the age of 10 through adult for people of all fitness levels and goals. Training is provided in our facility in a friendly, non-intimidating environment. We train those who have never exercised before though seasoned workout veterans. We customize a training program just for you, based on your current fitness level and goals. Some of these include:

Coaches, bring your team in for an educational session at our facility! We will cover proper warm up techniques, strength training, speed drills, agility and change of direction work, and flexibility exercises as they pertain to your sport. This is a great opportunity for team building while your athletes learn about what they should be doing to improve their game outside of sport practices, at a low or no cost. We offer youth fitness classes for 6-9 year old boys and girls. These fun sessions introduce the younger kids to good warm up practices, bodyweight exercises, basic movement patterns, speed and footwork drills, and proper stretching techniques. They are generally 45 minutes in length and run for six consecutive weeks.
